A brief overview of the case made against Adam goodman by the Polish judicial system between May 15th, 2002 and March 31st, 2003

The documents that I am showing here in this section are from several different sources. The court testimonies of course speak for themselves, but where there is something exceptional about any one specific point, I try to illustrate why. This is not the complete set of testimonies. I have been unable to get them from the polish courts since I left Poland in 2003, but I will get them all some day. Very soon I should have all of the documents themselves scanned in so you can check my translations for accuracy.

The turned in several written works to the courts hoping to illustrate my points. These writings went to both my lawyers and to the judges to be included in the court files. I though that the contents were clear enough, but in Poland, telling the courts or your own lawyers where the case should be won and what the points were that should be disputed doesn't really help you win. And it is not like I was looking for technicalities, Zaremba was a liar. Unfortunately, so were the judge and my attorneys…

Court's Justification is a document, written by the judge, which explanation the rational behind their decision. This piece of writing is not a particularly great work of legalese. It is not clever or shrewd nor does it prove any points by playing on semantics. Rather it is a bureaucratic document that simply ignores the actual statements made in the courtroom and acts as if there was evidence proving the case when there was not. The Appeal I wrote tries to explain this, but of course, you know what happens.

I don't think you ought to feel that wading into this case is so daunting; it is not such a mammoth amount of material really. In fact, it can be rather funny in its way. I mean, while I was amidst it I was so depressed I wanted to die, but in retrospect, it was very much a farce and really, if I didn't think it at least had value as an amusement, I wouldn't have bothered posting everything.

But the point is that you really can see what happened very easily, and for those of us who believe that people in the world have fear of exposing themselves as fools or liars or simply as nefarious and corrupt scoundrels, well, these folks lacked that particular quality. They went happily on as filthy villains and couldn't give a damn who knew it. So, here is their show, blow for blow; and yes, it really happened exactly like I will show you.
