Part II: The Trial

The second half of this section concerns the actual court trial that took place over six months from October 2002 until March of 2003. As of the moment, I still do not have all of the court papers involved. I have tried several times to get them from the courthouse in Warsaw via friends or by letters, but to this day the court refuses to allow them even to be copied. There is enough here though to make a very clear picture of the events and really, there are no hidden facts that I fail to show; what you see here really is the whole deal. But maybe sometime I will get through to these people that they simply cannot do this, ever, to anyone, period.

This section begins with a large report I prepared for the court regarding the situation as of this moment. It was my hope that the logic of the lies would somehow stop the process, but, as you can see by how many sections are left in the right index, they didn't listen.
