This first group of documents spans the period of time between May 15th, the day of the incident and late August, 2002 when the case eventually went to trial. During this time the prosecution was attempting to build its case against me. That there was no case to build or that every single person involved knew that Zaremba was lying mattered not, this thing proceeded. There is great evidence that this thing did proceed because of the agreement of the American embassy as much as because of the greed of the cop Zaremba and the prosecutor Wiesniakowski. But as of the moment, this is only for the reader to decide. I think I make my case pretty well. Anyway, this is how, at least on paper, all of this was presented.
