10 ways to support Being Had

Aside from simply donating or investing money, here are 10 ways that you can help support Being Had

1. Advertising

By placing an ad with BEING HAD, you not only get your own message out to the beinghad readership, you also show that you support the fight. Anything from a simple link to a full sized flash as is possible. All reasonable advertising opportunities will be accepted and our prices are not so bad.

2. Page Sponsorships

It is possible to sponsor a particular page within this site. Your advertising logo or text message will be placed in a prominent position and no other advertising will be on that page unless you say so.

3. Contribute to the Marcin Drazkiewicz Polish Debt fund.

Marcin Drazkiewicz was a good friend to me when I was stuck in Poland. He gave of his time, he invited me into his home, introduced me to his friends and even loaned me money. About that last part, I still owe him $1000 that I have never been able to scrape together to pay him. But Drazek was not the only one who helped and I still have over a dozen people who need to be compensated in one way or another. If you would like, you can specify that your money only go towards this fund.

4. Use the Services

Using Being Had for your Belarusian legwork both helps keep the site going and keeps things interesting on this side.

5. Get involved with the Advocacy Program

Along with contributing money for the legal fund, it is also possible to help out. There are still documents in Poland that need to be taken and contacts and translation work that need to be done. There is the legwork necessary to make contacts in the legal end, the press, help networks and other liaison type positions. The case can be won and the benefits of winning will be felt all through Poland as well. Also photographers and journalists are of course welcome as well.
